  1. Preschool 1This class is aimed at children between 3 to 4 years who are new to swimming lessons and/or are not yet water confident.Children will learn independent reach and pull and back kicking 4m.Introduction to water safety awareness eg front and back floatTarget age: 3 years to 5 years
  2. Preschool 2This class is aimed at children between 3 – 4 years who have completed Pre-school 1. Children must be water confident and independent. The introduction of Freestyle arms, and further development of front and back kicking for 6mTarget age: 3 years to 5 years
  3. Level 1Developing basic water safety awareness, promoting the introduction of essential swimming skills of correct body position for independent streamline glides, freestyle arms, back kicking for 6m.
  4. Level 2Level 2 you will learn a side breath for freestyle, continuous learning of back kicking with backstroke arms working towards 8m front & back without the use of buoyancy aids. Continuing to develop water safety skills, introduction to seated dives
  5. Level 3Continuous development on Freestyle with the introduction of Bi-Lateral breathing and backstroke working towards 12m. Level 3 introduces breaststroke kick. Continuing to develop water safety skills, Tumble turns and crouch diving.
  6. Level 4Continuing stroke technique and development for Freestyle and Backstroke. Introduction of breaststroke arms with correct timing, Butterfly kick 36m. Continuing to develop water safety skills, Tumble turns and crouch diving.
  7. Level 5Continuing correct technique for freestyle and backstroke and breaststroke for 50m. Introduction of butterfly timing for 25m .Continuing to develop water safety skills, Tumble turns and standing dive.
  8. Level 6Developing effective techniques for all four competitive strokes focusing on correct breathing and timing over 100m. Continuing to develop water safety skills, Tumble turns and standing dive.
